Anne Walker, better known as Annie, is originally from Kansas City and it has been her lifelong dream to make wedding cakes. She studied baking and pastry at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago (CHIC), then worked as a chef de partie at PerSe restaurant in New York City. Under the tutelage of Cheryl Kleinman of Cheryl Kleinman Cakes, and Ellen Baumwoll with Bijoux Doux Cakes, Annie knew that the next adventure would be her own shop.
Annie is inspired the people and diverse cultures she has experienced during her travels and finds beauty in unexpected ways. She is filled with passion for life and for her work, and loves having a part in the romance of marriage.
